Synopsis:

Fun-loving Clara is keeping a dark and deadly secret from William, the love of her life.

Not because she wants to hide things from him, but because her story is so unbelievable he will probably think she’s crazy.

If she tells him, she could lose him. If she doesn’t tell him, she will.

Review:

Hidden Intentions is one wild ride. It takes a good amount of reading before you can start to peel away the layers and figure out what exactly this book is about. This might be why the synopsis is so vague, there is so much to explain but in doing so you give away a lot of the story. There a lot of characters introduced and keeping names and who is related or connected to each can be confusing. Parts of the story are glossed over a bit so you know the author wants you to know about things, but not in great detail.

The love story of Clara and William is sweet but there are parts there come across as so unrealistic and unbelievable. I know, I know... You don't go into a paranormal romance looking for realistic but some of the storyline is a big stretch. I wish the story was more solid and not so questionable. The characters themselves were likable but their situations were a bit too far-fetched at times. But despite that I still enjoyed the characters themselves. I found some of the uniqueness of the paranoraml aspects very interesting. The writing was strong and editing well done. Recommended to fans of paranormal looking for something new.
